采用真空蒸馏法代替传统方法从含铊渣中脱除镉和锌。从理论上分析了铊与上述杂质分离的可能性,通过实验研究了采用真空蒸馏法从含铊渣中脱除镉、锌的最佳工艺条件。实验表明,控制蒸馏温度560℃,恒温时间40min,即可使残余物中镉、锌的含量降低到0.27%,0.0072%,铊的挥发率为1.49%。与其他方法相比,真空蒸馏法具有流程短、能耗低、无污染、无中间渣、劳动强度低、生产成本低等优点。
Vacuum distillation is used to replace cadmium and zinc from thallium-containing slag instead of the traditional method. The possibility of separating thallium from the above impurities was theoretically analyzed. The optimum technological conditions for the removal of cadmium and zinc from the thallium-containing slag by vacuum distillation were experimentally studied. The experimental results show that the content of cadmium and zinc in the residue can be reduced to 0.27% and 0.0072% and the thallium volatilization rate can be 1.49% by controlling the distillation temperature of 560 ℃ and the holding time of 40min. Compared with other methods, vacuum distillation has the advantages of short process, low energy consumption, no pollution, no intermediate slag, low labor intensity and low production cost.
