在自然状态下,随着雌花的分化进程,板栗上部芽表现出蛋白质和蔗糖的积累,同时伴以淀粉和还原糖的消耗,下部芽的变化则不明显,其中蔗糖反而呈下降趋势;GA3处理增加了蛋白质和蔗糖的积累而加速了还原糖和淀粉的消耗,CEPA处理使还原糖和淀粉消耗减缓的同时也阻碍了蛋白质和蔗糖的积累。 Under the natural condition, with the process of female flower differentiation, the upper bud of chestnut showed the accumulation of protein and sucrose, accompanied by the consumption of starch and reducing sugar, the change of lower bud was not obvious, but sucrose instead showed a downward trend; GA3 treatment Increasing the accumulation of protein and sucrose accelerated the consumption of reducing sugars and starch.
