微板抗人球蛋白法在献血者不规则抗体筛查中的应用

目的:评价微板抗人球蛋白法用于献血者不规则抗体筛查,并分析其筛查结果及临床意义。方法:利用微板抗人球蛋白法结合细胞磁化技术在柯利斯全自动血型仪上对绍兴地区4 752例无偿献血者样本进行不规则抗体筛查,并用谱细胞做进一步鉴定。结果:4 752例标本不规则抗体筛选阳性8例(0.17%),其中男3例,女5例,男女间不规则抗体发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。8例不规则抗体的特异性分布以Rh系统抗体及抗-M居多,该两类抗体占了总数的75%。结论:有必要对献血者进行不规则抗体筛查,微板抗人球蛋白法结合细胞磁化技术筛查不规则抗体方法方便、灵敏、准确。 OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the use of microplate anti-human globulin in the screening of irregular antibodies of blood donors and to analyze their screening results and clinical significance. Methods: The samples of 4 752 blood donors in Shaoxing were randomly screened by Corus automatic blood type instrument using the microplate anti-human globulin method combined with cell magnetization technique and further identified by spectral cells. Results: A total of 4 752 samples were positive for screening for irregular antibodies (8 cases, 0.17%), including 3 males and 5 females. There was no significant difference in the incidence of irregular antibodies between men and women (P> 0.05). The specific distribution of 8 irregular antibodies was mostly Rh system antibody and anti-M, which accounted for 75% of the total. Conclusion: It is necessary to carry out screening of irregular antibodies to blood donors. The method of microplate anti-human globulin combined with cell magnetization to screen irregular antibodies is convenient, sensitive and accurate.
