幼儿的分享行为是指幼儿在群体中生活时,把自己的物品、快乐等与别人共享的行为。而当今“众星捧月”式的家庭结构容易使孩子养成以自我为中心,常常是乐意接受别人的东西,却不愿意将自己的东西与别人分享。大多数孩子的分享意识只停留在口头上,没有落实在行动中,缺乏内在动机。作为幼儿教师,应通过各种途径培养他们的分享行为,从而促进孩子社会性的发展。
Children’s sharing behavior refers to the behavior of children sharing their goods, happiness and others when they live in groups. Nowadays, the family structure of “stars and moon” can easily make children develop self-centered, often willing to accept other people’s things, but do not want to share their own things with others. Most children’s awareness of sharing is only verbal, not implemented in action, lack of intrinsic motivation. As preschool teachers, they should cultivate their sharing behaviors in various ways so as to promote their social development.
