试验表明,铝合金中的Fe相形态及结构存在明显的遗传性.本文提出了消除针片状Fe相遗传性、培育Fe相新晶核并使之球化的处理工艺,从而达到消除针片状Fe相危害的目的,并对Fe相球化的机理进行了研究.
Experiments show that the aluminum alloy Fe phase morphology and structure of obvious genetic. In this paper, we proposed a new treatment process to eliminate the inheritance of needle-like Fe phase and cultivate a new nucleus of Fe phase and to spheroidize it, so as to eliminate the harm of needle-like Fe phase and to study the mechanism of Fe phase spheroidization .
