采用 DSC和 XRD对不同 Fe含量 Al- Ti O2 - C- Ti- Fe体系的燃烧反应过程进行了研究。结果表明 ,Al- Ti O2 - C-Ti- Fe体系的反应是分步进行的。在高温区以金属间化合物的分解及 Ti、C反应为主 ;在低温区则随着 Fe含量的不同存在不同的反应 :Al- Ti O2 - C- Ti以 Al、Ti的反应为主 ,Al- Ti O2 - C- Ti- 2 0 wt% Fe以 Al、Ti及 Al、Fe反应为主 ,同时还存在 Al、 Ti O2 及 Fe、 Ti反应 ,而 Al- Ti O2 - C- Ti- 50 wt% Fe则以 Fe、Al和 Fe、 Ti反应为主。
The combustion process of Al-Ti O2 - C-Ti-Fe with different Fe content was studied by DSC and XRD. The results show that the reaction of Al-Ti O2 - C-Ti-Fe system is carried out step by step. In the high temperature region, the decomposition of intermetallic compounds and the reaction of Ti and C are dominant. In the low temperature region, there are different reactions with different Fe content: the reaction of Al-Ti O2 - C-Ti with Al and Ti is dominant, and the reaction of Al - Ti O2 - C-Ti-2 0 wt% Fe mainly reacts with Al, Ti and Al, Fe, while Al, Ti O2 and Fe, Ti also react, while Al- Ti O2- C- Ti- 50 wt % Fe is Fe, Al and Fe, Ti-based reaction.
