针对某煤矿设备厂所设计的50 t立井提升箕斗,利用离散单元法建立箕斗斗箱内的物料堆积模型并获得箕斗斗箱各壁面所受载荷大小,在有限元工具中进行建模加载,得出箕斗在满载状态下斗箱壁板的受力变化,为大型箕斗结构优化改进提供依据。
Aiming at the 50 t vertical shaft hoisting bucket designed by a coal mining equipment factory, the discrete element method is used to build the material accumulation model in the hopper bucket and obtain the load of each wall of the bucket hopper, and the model is modeled in the finite element tool Loading, we can get the force variation of hopper siding under fully loaded condition, and provide the basis for the optimization and improvement of large skip structure.
