目的研究精氨酸和组氨酸对妊娠中后期及分娩前期小鼠离体子宫收缩的影响。方法用HPLC-MS/MS法测定妊娠中后期(15.5 dpc)及产前期(18.5 dpc)小鼠血清中精氨酸(Arg)和组氨酸(His)含量;2种氨基酸浓度分别在0.1,0.5,1,2,5,10 mmol.L-1时,测定对上述2个时期孕鼠子宫平滑肌条收缩的影响。结果 15.5 dpc孕鼠血清中,2种氨基酸含量明显高于18.5 dpc的孕鼠(P<0.05),该时期子宫对氨基酸的抑收缩作用更敏感。结论生理浓度下,Arg和His对妊娠中后期孕鼠子宫平滑肌收缩有明显抑制作用,可在小鼠妊娠中后期起维持作用。
Objective To study the effects of arginine and histidine on the contraction of isolated uterus in the second trimester of pregnancy and prepartal period. Methods Serum arginine (Arg) and histidine (His) contents were determined by HPLC-MS / MS in the second trimester of pregnancy (15.5 dpc) and prenatal period (18.5 dpc). The concentrations of two amino acids were 0.1, 0.5,1,2,5,10 mmol.L-1, the determination of the two period of pregnancy uterine smooth muscle strips contraction. Results Serum of 15.5 dpc pregnant mice had significantly higher levels of two amino acids than those of 18.5 dpc pregnant mice (P <0.05). During this period, the uterus was more sensitive to inhibition of amino acid contraction. Conclusion Arg and His can inhibit the contractions of uterine smooth muscle of pregnant rats in the second and third trimester of gestation, and maintain their function in the second trimester of pregnancy.
