Not long ago, when a 2-year-old boy in Chongqing passed a high-rise residential building, he was hit by a rockery stone falling from the sky, causing intracranial hemorrhage and brain tissue damage. After investigation, the police found that the rockery of the “accident” crashed out of the 14-story residential garden. At the same time as the boy is treating the child, the boy’s parents are going to sue the rockery owner for compensation. In recent years, like the 2-year-old boy, innocent victims of falling objects are not uncommon. Many victims tried to defend their rights through the law, but most did not get satisfactory results. Avoid falling objects hurt, rely on moral constraints, or strengthen the legal disciplinary efforts? Has also become the focus of the community.
