报道一种双线圈弹簧结构脉冲气阀的成功研制。产生的气体脉冲宽度(FWHM)小于200μs,在不加Skimmer时气体脉冲峰值强度为2×1022molecules/sr·s。气阀的主要性能与国外用激光蒸发/分子束技术产生簇束的有代表性的实验室所用的同类气阀相比并不逊色。
The successful development of a double coil spring structure pulse valve is reported. The resulting gas pulse width (FWHM) is less than 200 μs and the gas pulse peak intensity is 2 × 1022 molecules / sr · s without Skimmer. The main performance of the valve compared with the same type of valve used in representative laboratories that produce cluster with foreign countries by laser evaporation / molecular beam technology is not inferior.
