同辈群体的评价对中学学生行为的矫正与引导作用十分巨大,可以说是超过了所有教育力量的一种力量。教师教育、管理学生,用好同辈群体评价这个手段,会很有效地推动班集体建设与良好班纪班风的形成与保持。
The assessment of peer groups has a huge effect on the correction and guidance of secondary school students’ behavior, which can be said to be a force that surpasses all the educational forces. Teachers’ education and management of students, making good use of peer groups to evaluate this measure will effectively promote the formation and maintenance of class collective construction and good class classes.
