目的:探讨外科护理管理应用微信平台的效果。方法:2015年7月~2016年6月在医院普外科工作的23名护理人员,从2016年1月开始应用微信平台管理,比较应用微信平台前后护理人员理论、操作技能考核成绩、护理质量评分及工作满意度。结果:护理人员理论知识考核成绩为(90.53±3.83)分、操作技能考核成绩为(94.24±2.46)分,均高于应用前(P<0.05);环境管理为(92.14±2.45)分、服务态度为(94.65±4.13)分、基础护理为(95.22±3.45)分、专科护理为(94.82±3.36)分,均高于应用前(P<0.05);护理人员内在满意度评分为(42.45±4.84)分,外在满意度评分为(33.55±4.73)分,均高于应用前(P<0.05)。结论:外科护理管理应用微信平台,有利于提高护理人员专业水平与工作满意度,提高护理质量。 Objective: To investigate the effect of surgical nursing management application WeChat platform.
