从当前高校法律课程实践教学的角度,分析了案例教学、课堂讨论、法律辩论、社会调查及模拟法庭等教学方法的特点和不足,并根据自身的教学经验,提出了情景剧教学法,让学生通过小品表演等方式把生活中的案例搬到课堂上,实现教材知识的迁移。情景剧教学,强调学生的主体地位,重在提高学生的学习兴趣。情景剧教学体现了由重说教到重体验,从抽象的法律条文讲解到具体的事例展示,教师和学生要互换角色。对于情景剧教学,教师应做好充分的准备,把握教学过程,并及时总结和点评。
From the perspective of practical teaching of legal courses in colleges and universities, this paper analyzes the characteristics and shortcomings of teaching methods such as case teaching, classroom discussion, legal debates, social investigation and moot court, and puts forward the teaching method of melodrama according to their own teaching experience, Through the sketch show and other ways to move the case in the classroom, to achieve the transfer of teaching material knowledge. Situational drama teaching, emphasizing the dominant position of students, focusing on improving students’ interest in learning. The teaching of melodrama reflects the emphasis on teaching from rehearsal, the explanation from abstract law to concrete examples, and the exchange of roles between teachers and students. For melodrama teaching, teachers should be fully prepared to grasp the teaching process, and timely summary and comment.
