将正交试验和回归分析法相结合,并利用MATLAB软件中的回归工具箱编程,建立了振动力场作用下热塑性材料PP在塑化挤出时挤出压力与振动强度二因子振幅、频率间关系的数学模型,经理论分析和实验证明,该模型是合理有效的。
The orthogonal test and regression analysis are combined and the regression toolbox in MATLAB software is used to program the two-factor amplitude and frequency relationship between the extrusion pressure and vibration intensity of thermoplastic material PP under the action of vibration force field The mathematical model, the theoretical analysis and experiments show that the model is reasonable and effective.
