基于文献计量的生态化学计量学文献分析

生态化学计量学已经成为国内外生态学研究的热点问题.作为一门新兴学科,科技文献能够反映科学研究的发展动态和热点变化.以Web of Science数据库为数据源,利用专业数据分析工具TDA(Thomson Data Analyzer)和Ucinet工具,对所有年份生态化学计量学研究相关的论文进行计量挖掘分析.结果表明:2000年以来发文量呈现直线上升趋势,且发文量较多的期刊多集中在一区、二区期刊;研究涉及多个学科领域,主要集中在环境科学与生态学、海洋与淡水生物两个学科方向.美国、德国、中国、加拿大等国家在生态化学计量学开展的研究最多,美国的亚利桑那州立大学、中国的中科院是开展研究最多的机构.国际该领域的研究热点集中在不同营养级、植物不同部位(如叶片)之间的碳、氮、磷的计量关系以及植物个体生长发育、种群增长、群落生态和生态过程的联系,尤其是对森林、草地和湿地生态系统的植物、土壤的元素计量特征. Eco-chemometrics has become a hot issue in the field of ecology research at home and abroad.As a new discipline, science and technology literature can reflect the development of science research and hot spots.With Web of Science database as data source, using professional data analysis tools TDA ( Thomson Data Analyzer and Ucinet tools, the essay analyzes all the papers related to the research of ecometrics in all years.The results show that the published papers have a straight upward trend since 2000, and the papers with more papers are concentrated in one area, Science and Technology of the People’s Republic of China, etc. The research covers a number of academic fields, mainly in the fields of environmental science and ecology, marine and freshwater biology, etc. The United States, Germany, China, Canada and other countries have conducted the most research in ecological stoichiometry, Arizona State University and the Chinese Academy of Sciences of China are the most studied institutions in the world.The research in this field in the world focuses on the measurement of carbon, nitrogen and phosphorus in different trophic levels and between different plant parts (such as leaves), as well as the individual growth and development, Population growth, community ecology and ecological processes, especially for forests, Plants and wetland ecosystems, metering feature elements of the soil.
