大型技术改造项目的实施一直为各电力公司运维检修部业务工作中的重点及难点。实施过程中存在涉及专业单位多、工作时间跨度大、各类设备改造过程一致性低、点多面广等问题。作为项目管理部门管理难度很大,易形成管理上的疏漏,造成设备技改项目实施过程中出现问题,为未来设备安全稳定运行带来隐患。笔者通过多年技改项目的组织实践,形成了一套以节点控制与现场监理相结合的方式,实现技术改造现场全过程管控的管理方式,提高了变电站大型技术改造项目作业可控性。
The implementation of large-scale technological transformation projects has been the focus and difficulty in the operation of the maintenance department of the power companies. There are many professional units involved in the implementation process, working time span of large, all kinds of equipment, low consistency in the process of reform, point wide range of issues. As a project management department is very difficult to manage, easy to form a management omission, resulting in technical problems in the implementation of technological transformation projects for the future security and stability of equipment operation risks. Through years of organization and practice of technical renovation projects, the author has formed a set of ways of combining node control and on-site supervision to realize the management and control of the entire process of technical renovation and improve the controllability of large-scale technological transformation projects in substations.
