随着生产力的不断发展和经济的不断进步,科学技术这一第一生产力越来越重要,但是人力资源在企业中的地位也不容忽视。人力资源是企业建立现代化管理的重要部分,人力资源管理的好坏将直接影响到企业的生存和发展。目前很多企业关于人力资源的管理存在着诸如:管理观念落后、管理与考核机制脱节、忽视长期绩效等问题。所以企业必须提高本企业人力资源的管理水平,并为企业的发展提供有效帮助。
With the continuous development of productive forces and continuous improvement of economy, science and technology as the primary productive force have become more and more important. However, the position of human resources in the enterprises can not be ignored. Human resources is an important part of the establishment of modern management of enterprises, and the quality of human resources management will directly affect the survival and development of enterprises. At present, many enterprises on human resources management there are such as: backward management concepts, management and assessment mechanisms out of touch, ignoring the long-term performance and other issues. Therefore, enterprises must improve their management of human resources and provide effective help for the development of enterprises.
