从地构叶(Speranskia tuberculata)地上部分分离得到9个化合物,根据其理化性质及波谱特征被鉴定为软脂酸、β-谷甾醇、三十烷醇、香草酸、阿魏酸、对香豆酸、loliolide,胸腺嘧啶和尿嘧啶。香草酸和阿魏酸有较好的抗氧化活性,以上化合物均为首次从该植物获得。
Nine compounds were isolated from aerial parts of Speranskia tuberculata and identified as palmitic acid, β-sitosterol, triacontanol, vanillic acid, ferulic acid and coumarin according to their physico-chemical properties and spectral characteristics Acid, loliolide, thymine and uracil. Vanillic acid and ferulic acid have good antioxidant activity, the above compounds were obtained from the plant for the first time.
