人造沸石和活性炭为吸附剂,对甲基绿染料进行吸附研究,考察了吸附剂用量、时间、温度、pH值、盐离子(Ca2+和Na+)等因素对吸附效果的影响。吸附剂再生后再次吸附甲基绿,并比较了吸附剂再生前后对甲基绿的去除率。实验结果表明,人造沸石的最佳吸附质量为200 mg,时间为50 min,温度为25℃;活性炭最佳吸附质量为600 mg,时间为60 min,温度为25℃。pH值为中性时,二者的吸附效果最好。盐离子对活性炭的吸附效果影响不大,而对人造沸石的影响较大,且Ca2+比Na+对甲基绿吸附效果影响大。总体而言,人造沸石的吸附效果明显优于活性炭,温度和反应时间对其吸附效果影响不大。甲基绿通过解吸可实现回收再利用,吸附剂也可多次循环使用。这2种吸附剂再生前后对甲基绿的去除率差别不大。吸附等温线对Langmuir模型有更好的相关性,表明吸附体系属于单分子层吸附。
Artificial zeolite and activated carbon as adsorbents, methyl green dye adsorption studies were carried out to study the effects of adsorbent dosage, time, temperature, pH, salt ions (Ca2 + and Na +) and other factors on the adsorption effect. The adsorbent reabsorbed methyl green after regeneration, and compared the removal rate of methyl green before and after the adsorbent was regenerated. The experimental results show that the optimum adsorption mass of artificial zeolite is 200 mg, the time is 50 min, the temperature is 25 ℃, the optimum adsorption mass of activated carbon is 600 mg, the time is 60 min and the temperature is 25 ℃. When the pH is neutral, the two adsorption effect is the best. Salt ions had little effect on the adsorption of activated carbon, but had a greater effect on artificial zeolite, and Ca2 + had a greater effect on the adsorption of methyl green than Na +. Overall, artificial zeolite adsorption was significantly better than activated carbon, temperature and reaction time on the adsorption effect of little effect. Methyl Green by desorption can be recycled and reused, the adsorbent can be recycled many times. The removal rates of methyl green before and after these two kinds of adsorbents are not different. The adsorption isotherms have a better correlation with the Langmuir model, indicating that the adsorption system belongs to the monolayer adsorption.
