基层党建工作水平是推动高校学科建设和教育事业发展的重要根基,体验式学习理论在高校教育管理中逐步获得重视,将其引入高校党支部建设,围绕基层党建活动质量提出了包含具体体验、反思观察、抽象概括和行动应用四个环节,以及制度建设、理论学习、研讨交流、选树先进、考察实践、党建共建、思想汇报、党性感召八种具体形式的高校基层党建体验式学习圈模型,并以优秀高校党建案例为代表系统阐述了学习圈模型的运转过程,总结反思了高校党支部体验式学习模式的实施保障与发展方向。
