本文用测定铸造铝合金试样针孔率及铝液中溶解氢含量的方法,对比了La、Y、RE等稀土金属及RECl_3、ZnCl_2、C_2Cl_6等氯盐及氯化物在铝液中的除氢效果,获得了稀土加入量与铝液中氢含量及针孔率间关系曲线.试验表明,各稀土金属及稀土氯化物对铝液有明显的去氢作用,其中重稀土元素Y的作用最佳.文章还认为,稀土在去氢的同时兼有变质强化作用,可发展为一类新型的精炼去气剂.
