目的:为应用桑叶、茶叶、枸杞叶提取多糖及开发相关产品的质量控制提供科学依据。方法:采用苯酚-硫酸法测定不同产地及不同采收时间样品的多糖含量并进行比较。结果:不同产地的桑叶及不同时间采集的枸杞叶其多糖含量有所差异,不同产地绿茶茶叶的多糖含量相差甚小。结论:本方法用于测定桑叶、茶叶、枸杞叶多糖含量,简便、快速、灵敏、重现性好;可根据不同的需要,选择不同产地的桑叶和茶叶提取多糖,在9月份采集枸杞叶可以得到含量较高的多糖。
Objective: To provide scientific basis for the application of quality control of mulberry leaves, tea leaves, loquat leaf extract polysaccharides and development related products. Methods: The phenol-sulfuric acid method was used to determine the polysaccharide content of samples from different places and different harvest time and compare them. Results: The contents of polysaccharides in mulberry leaves from different areas and the leaves collected in different time were different. The polysaccharide content of green tea leaves in different producing areas was very different. Conclusion: This method is used to determine the content of polysaccharides in mulberry leaves, tea leaves and loquat leaves. It is simple, rapid, sensitive and reproducible. According to different needs, it can select polysaccharides extracted from mulberry leaves and tea leaves of different origins and collected in September. Leaves can get higher levels of polysaccharides.
