目的 探讨职业应激应对方式与职工工作满意度及精神健康的关系。方法 采用应对方式量表、工作满意度问卷以及心理卫生量表对 15 2 3名职工进行测试。结果 应对策略与心理健康和组织结局之间具有显著关联。幻想、回避等消极应对策略与低水平的工作满意度和不良心理状态相关联 ,而采取解决问题等积极应对策略者则具有较高的工作满意度和良好的心理健康状态。结论 控制和消除生产环境、劳动过程中的紧张因素的同时 ,增强职工的积极应对意识对于减少职工职业应激反应、提高工作效率有着重要的意义。
Objective To explore the relationship between occupational stress coping style and employee job satisfaction and mental health. Methods A total of 15 2 3 workers were tested with Coping Style Inventory, Job Satisfaction Questionnaire and Mental Health Inventory. Results There was a significant correlation between coping strategies and mental health and organizational outcomes. Negative coping strategies such as fantasy and avoidance are associated with low levels of job satisfaction and unhealthy mentality, while those who take positive coping strategies such as problem solving have high job satisfaction and good mental health status. Conclusions While controlling and eliminating the production environment and the stress factors in the labor process, it is of great significance to enhance the staff’s active coping awareness to reduce occupational stress response and improve the work efficiency.
