企业普遍实行总部机关和工程项目部的两级管理模式。长期以来,由于多方面因素,工程项目部一线员工人才流失严重,影响到企业持续健康稳定发展。解决好这个问题是企业的当务之急。通过分析企业一线员工人才流失的原因,制定对策,增强一线员工对企业的信任感、认同感、归属感,从而减少人才流失。
Enterprises generally implement the headquarters and engineering departments of the two-level management. For a long time, due to many factors, serious loss of front-line staff in the engineering department affected the sustained and healthy development of the enterprise. Solve this problem is the top priority of enterprises. By analyzing the causes of the brain drain of front-line employees in the enterprise, we formulate countermeasures to enhance the trust, sense of belonging and sense of belonging of front-line employees to the enterprises so as to reduce brain drain.
