分析了茶树新梢中游离氨基酸的含量与茶树品种对茶橙瘿螨(Acaphylla theae)的抗性关系。抗性品种游离氨基酸总量以及茶氨酸(Thea)、谷氨酸(Glu)、丙氨酸(AIa)、甘氨酸(Cly)、天冬氨酸(Asp)、丝氨酸(Ser)、缬氨酸(Val)等的含量显著高于感性品种。抗性品种新梢中与氨基酸合成有关的谷氨酸脱氢酶(CDH)和苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)的活性分别是感性品种的2.3倍和3.2倍,差异显著(P<0.01)。以氨基酸单体纯品作生物测定表明,上述氨基酸对茶橙瘿螨的取食行为和繁殖率具有抑制作用。抗性品种叶表水漂洗物中氨基酸含量高于感性品种。通过合理施用氮肥,可提高茶树新梢中游离氨基酸的含量及茶树的抗螨性。
The relationship between free amino acid content in tea shoots and the resistance of tea varieties to Acaphylla theae was analyzed. The total amount of free amino acids of the resistant varieties, as well as Thea, Glu, AIa, Cly, Asp, Ser, (Val) and other content was significantly higher than the susceptible varieties. The activity of glutamate dehydrogenase (CDH) and phenylalanine ammonia lyase (PAL) related to amino acid synthesis in shoots of resistant varieties were 2.3 times and 3.2 times that of susceptible varieties, respectively, with significant difference (P <0.01 ). The bioassay with the pure amino acid monomer showed that the above amino acids had inhibitory effects on the feeding behavior and reproduction rate of tea scabies mite. Resistant varieties leaf surface water rinse the amino acid content is higher than the sensitive varieties. Through the rational application of nitrogen fertilizer, can improve the tea shoots free amino acid content and tea tree mite resistance.
