影响诉讼法教学效果的因子多种多样,有的因子是既影响诉讼法教学效果又影响其它课程教学效果的,我们称之为共有因子;而有的因子则是仅仅影响诉讼法教学效果但不影响、或很少影响其它课程教学效果的,我们称之为特有因子。研究表明:影响诉讼法教学效果的特有因子有:学生的实体法知识基础、是否让学生亲自体验诉讼程序(实践性教学环节)、诉讼法课程安排的学期顺序。因此,提高诉讼法教学效果的优选对策的是:1.将所有诉讼法课程安排在实体法课程教学之后;2.让学生在学习诉讼法理论的同时,让学生亲自体验诉讼程序。
There are many factors that affect the teaching effect of procedural law. Some factors affect not only the teaching effect of procedural law but also the teaching effects of other courses, which we call the common factor. Some factors only affect the teaching effect of procedural law but not Influence, or seldom affect the teaching effectiveness of other courses, we call it a unique factor. The research shows that the special factors that affect the teaching effect of procedural law are: students’ knowledge base of substantive law, whether to let students experience the litigation procedure (practical teaching session), and the sequence of the semester arranged by the procedural law. Therefore, to improve the teaching of the lawsuit effect of the preferred countermeasures are: 1. All the litigation law courses arranged in the substantive law teaching; 2. Let students learn the theory of litigation law at the same time, let the students to experience the proceedings.
