采用X射线衍射(XRD)仪、正电子湮没光谱(PAT)研究Zr41Ti14Cu12.5Ni10Be22.5块体非晶合金的结构特性。结果表明:原始制备的Zr41Ti14Cu12.5Ni10Be22.5块体非晶合金其正电子湮没寿命为176ps(大于正电子在纯铁中点阵空位上湮没的寿命τVFe=165ps)。在过冷液区(T=400℃)等温退火中,正电子湮没寿命随着退火时间的增加而减小。在过冷液区退火,导致Zr41Ti14Cu12.5Ni10Be22.5块体非晶合金的结构更致密。
The structural characteristics of Zr41Ti14Cu12.5Ni10Be22.5 bulk amorphous alloy were studied by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and positron annihilation spectroscopy (PAT). The results show that the positron annihilation lifetime of the as-prepared Zr41Ti14Cu12.5Ni10Be22.5 bulk amorphous alloy is 176ps (which is larger than the lifetime of the positron annihilated by lattice vacancies τVFe = 165ps) in pure iron. In isothermal annealing in the supercooled liquid region (T = 400 ℃), the lifetime of positron annihilation decreases with the increase of annealing time. In the supercooled liquid zone annealing, resulting in Zr41Ti14Cu12.5Ni10Be22.5 bulk amorphous alloy structure is more compact.
