目的:探讨质量改进在医院药学管理中的应用。方法:于2015年1月~2016年1月对濮阳县人民医院药学部管理中引入质量改进方法,并与濮阳县人民医院的实际情况相结合,根据医院药学管理特点、资质制定合理的质量改进措施,加强各个环节的质量管理,并比较分析实施管理后取得的效果。结果:实施质量改进措施之后,濮阳县人民医院药学管理整体水平得到了很大改善,提高了药品品质、服务质量和患者满意度。结论:质量改进在医院药学管理中占据十分重要的位置,在提高药学管理水平和用药安全等方面均发挥了非常重要的作用,体现了药学管理特点,具有长远的发展意义。 Objective: To explore the application of quality improvement in hospital pharmacy management. Methods: From January 2015 to January 2016, Puyang County People’s Hospital Department of Pharmacy Management introduced quality improvement methods, combined with the actual situation of Puyang County People’s Hospital, according to the hospital pharmacy management features, qualifications to develop a reasonable quality improvement Measures to strengthen the quality management of all aspects, and a comparative analysis of the results achieved after the implementation of management.
