教师读书沙龙是很多学校都一直在坚持的一项活动,它是提升教师专业素养、转变教师教育思想的一个重要途径。然而,“少数人主讲,大多数人当听众的”沙龙模式一直困扰着我们。如何让读书交流活动真正做到全员参与,真正能深入地开展下去?我校另辟蹊径,以网络为平台,与作者互动,开展行之有效的读书活动,收效良好。 Teacher reading salon is an activity many schools have been insisting on. It is an important way to improve teachers’ professional accomplishments and change teacher education thoughts. However, “a few people talk, most people as listeners ” salon model has been bothering us. How to let the book exchange activities truly achieve full participation and truly carry on in depth? My school opened a new course with the network as a platform to interact with the author to carry out effective reading activities with good results.
