采用高效液相色谱法对心脉宁胶囊中丹酚酸B进行含量测定方法的研究。丹酚酸B在0.194～0.970μg范围内线性关系良好,回归方程为Y=818657.7X-1549.8。样品的平均回收率为99.9%。相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.67%。
Determination of Content of Salvianolic Acid B in Xinmaining Capsule by High Performance Liquid Chromatography. The linear relationship of salvianolic acid B was good in the range of 0.194-0.970 μg. The regression equation was Y=818657.7X-1549.8. The average recovery of the sample was 99.9%. The relative standard deviation (RSD) is 1.67%.
