将热塑性橡胶、三元乙丙橡胶以及钠基蒙脱土、改性蒙脱土作为改性剂应用于乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物(EVA)发泡材料中,分别考察了它们对发泡材料的密度、硬度、抗张强度以及断裂伸长率的影响。通过Molau实验考察蒙脱土与EVA的相容性,通过热重分析考察改性剂对材料的热稳定性的影响,采用扫描电镜对样品的泡孔结构进行观察和分析。结果表明:热塑性聚合物可以有效提高EVA复合材料的弹性,蒙脱土对EVA材料具有良好的增强增韧作用,其中改性蒙脱土能显著改善发泡材料泡孔结构的均匀分散性。
Thermoplastic rubber, EPDM, sodium montmorillonite and modified montmorillonite were used as modifiers in ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA) foams. Their effects on foaming materials Density, hardness, tensile strength and elongation at break. The compatibility of montmorillonite and EVA was investigated by Molau test. The effect of modifier on the thermal stability of the material was investigated by thermogravimetric analysis. The cell structure of the sample was observed and analyzed by scanning electron microscopy. The results show that the thermoplastic polymer can effectively improve the elasticity of EVA composites. Montmorillonite has good toughening and toughening effect on EVA materials. The modified montmorillonite can improve the uniform dispersibility of foaming materials.
