随着悬索桥施工技术的不断发展,主缆索股架设方法渐趋成熟,但是架设过程中往往存在一些常见质量问题不能很好的解决,如鼓丝、扭转、索股受力不均、镀锌层损伤、污染等。在马鞍山长江公路大桥左汊悬索桥主缆索股架设施工中,通过将索股钢丝改为双缠包带、改进索股锚头连接方式、局部索股支撑结构改为弹性支撑、增加索股入鞍前整形工序等措施,形成一套独特的、完整的、科学合理的主缆索股架设施工方法,有效提高主缆索股架设品质,保证了索股架设安全和进度,取得较好的经济效益和社会效益。
