随着社会经济的发展以及基础教育课程改革的不断深化,基础教育对于小学教师的学历层次及其素质方面的要求越来越高,培养专科以上学历的小学教师是当前教师教育改革中具有重要理论和现实意义的课题。文章以琼台师范高等专科学校(以下称“琼台师专”)为例,探索专科层次小学教师人才培养模式改革,采取有效措施提高小学教师人才培养质量。
