山东省荣成市全市68万人口,有各类民政对象12万多人,约占总人口的16％。几年来,市民政局努力探索新形势下的民政信访工作,着力建设基层民政信访工作网络,取得了一定成效。连续十年,全市没有民政对象到省进京集体上访,信访总量每年下降10％-20％,民政局多次被评为省、市信访先进单位。 Rongcheng City, Shandong Province, the city’s population of 680,000, has all kinds of civil affairs object 120,000 people, accounting for about 16% of the total population.
