目的 探讨神经根型颈椎病患者应用中医推拿联合针灸治疗效果?疼痛程度与生活质量?方法 选取本院诊治的96例神经根型颈椎病患者，随机分为两组，对照组予以针灸治疗，研究组予以中医推拿联合针灸方案治疗，分析两组的临床症状评分?疼痛程度与生活质量情况?结果 研究组治疗总有效率为93.75%，对照组治疗总有效率为77.08%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组颈肩背痛?上肢麻木?颈肌肉痛及皮肤感觉评分低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组疼痛程度评分低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组躯体疼痛?精力?情感及一般健康评“,”Objective To analyze the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with acupuncture for patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy， and its effects on pain and quality of life. Methods The clinical data of 96 patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy were enrolled， and then randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with acupuncture， whereas the study group was given traditional Chinese medicine combined with acupuncture. The clinical symptom score， pain and quality of life in the two groups were analyzed. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 93.75%， the total effective rate in the control group was 77.08%， and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The scores of neck and shoulder pain， upper limb numbness， neck muscle pain and skin sensation in the study group were lower than the control group (P<0.05). The pain degree in the study group scored lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). The scores of somatic pain， energy， emotion and general health in the study group were higher than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The combined treatment of Chinese medicine massage and acupuncture for patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy can improve their cervical symptoms， effectively alleviate the pain of the patients， and improve the quality of life indicators.
