密封垫片是电解槽密封的主要部件,其性能要求具有良好的压缩回弹性、抗蠕变性及耐碱性腐蚀等。本文对碱性水电解制氢电解槽槽体密封进行了概述,并简要介绍了碱性水电解密封垫片的发展概况,最后对电解槽密封材料存在的问题及发展趋势进行了讨论,认为碱性水电解密封材料将向无石棉和多向复合方向发展。开发新型高效的改性复合材料,对我国水电解制氢和密封技术的发展具有重要意义。
Gasket seal is the main part of the electrolyzer, its performance requirements have good compression resilience, creep resistance and alkali corrosion and so on. This paper summarizes the tank sealing of alkaline water electrolysis hydrogen production cell, and briefly introduces the development of alkaline water electrolysis gasket, and finally discusses the existing problems and development trend of the electrolytic cell sealing material. It is considered that alkali Water electrolysis sealing materials will be non-asbestos and multi-directional composite direction. The development of new and highly efficient modified composites is of great significance for the development of hydrogen production and sealing technology in China.
