针对效率低、周期长等飞机维修性分析中存在的不足,研究了飞机虚拟维修仿真的设计重用方法。在分析了可重用要素特点的基础上,对动姿重用及其关键问题进行了重点研究。利用动姿库、已完成仿真、虚拟外设等资源进行虚拟人的动姿重用,同时采用逆运动学算法对重用的动姿进行调整。通过实例验证了设计重用能够明显提高仿真效率。
Aiming at the shortcomings of low maintenance and long period aircraft maintenance analysis, the design and reuse of aircraft virtual maintenance simulation are studied. Based on the analysis of the features of reusable elements, this paper focuses on the dynamic reusability and its key issues. The use of dynamic library, has completed the simulation, virtual peripherals and other resources for virtual human dynamic re-use, while using reverse kinematics algorithm to re-use the dynamic adjustment. An example shows that design reuse can obviously improve simulation efficiency.
