员工关系≠劳动关系近来,有很多关于员工关系的培训讲座,笔者大致浏览了主题和大纲,发现大多是讲解劳动法相关内容的,比如:如何在《劳动合同法》的规定下开展人事工作,避免劳动纠纷的产生,维护企业的利益。这些培训大多是以假设“员工会对企业制造麻烦、造成损失”为出发点,所以企业在制定规蕈制度、拟定劳动合同时,都把防范员工给企业带来的麻烦和损失作为重要目标。
Employee Relations ≠ Labor Relations There have been many training seminars on employee relations recently. The author has generally browsed the topics and the outline and found that most of them are related to labor law. For example, how to carry out personnel work under the “Labor Contract Law” Avoid labor disputes, safeguarding the interests of enterprises. Most of these trainings are based on the assumption that “employees will cause trouble to enterprises and cause losses” as the starting point. Therefore, when formulating the regulatory system and drafting a labor contract, enterprises take the prevention and control of the troubles and losses caused by employees to the enterprises as an important goal .
