高职学生的责任心培养在高职生素质教育中很容易被忽视,它是学生教育培养的重要环节。依据学生的现实状况,传统文化中责任伦理的观念更容易被学生所接受,因而能形成更好的教育效果。从分析高职学生责任心缺失的原因着手,阐释传统责任伦理观念更适合高职责任教育的原因,并对将传统责任伦理渗入高职学生责任教育进行了探讨。 Higher vocational students’ sense of responsibility training is easily overlooked in the quality education of higher vocational students, it is an important part of student education and training. According to the reality of students, the concept of ethics of responsibility in traditional culture is more easily accepted by students, so that a better education effect can be formed. Starting from the analysis of the reasons for the lack of responsibility of higher vocational students, this paper explains the reasons why the traditional concept of responsibility ethics is more suitable for higher vocational education and probes into the liability education of traditional liability ethics into vocational students.
