目的:探讨环氧合酶-2(COX-2)和survivin在B细胞非霍奇金淋巴瘤(B-NHL)中的表达及临床意义。方法:采用免疫组化SP法检测43例B-NHL(B-NHL组)和10例良性淋巴结病变组织(对照组)中COX-2和survivin的表达。结果:COX-2和survivin在B-NHL组中的阳性表达率分别为55.8%(24/43)和69.8%(30/43),与对照组相比差异具有显著性(分别P<0.05和0.01)。Ⅲ/Ⅳ期B-NHL患者COX-2蛋白的表达要高于Ⅰ/Ⅱ期患者(P<0.05)。Survivin的表达与B-NHL的组织病理学等级和国际预后指数具有相关性(P<0.05)。Spearman相关分析表明COX-2的表达与survivin的表达呈正相关(r=1.000,P=0.030)。结论:COX-2和survivin在B-NHL中表达上调,两者之间的阳性表达密切相关,表明COX-2和survivin在B-NHL的发生和发展中具有协同作用。
Objective: To investigate the expression of cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) and survivin in B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma (B-NHL) and its clinical significance. Methods: The expressions of COX-2 and survivin in 43 cases of B-NHL (B-NHL group) and 10 cases of benign lymphadenopathy (control group) were detected by immunohistochemical SP method. Results: The positive rates of COX-2 and survivin in B-NHL group were 55.8% (24/43) and 69.8% (30/43) respectively, which were significantly different from those in control group (P <0.05 and 0.01). The expression of COX-2 protein in stage III / IV B-NHL patients was higher than that in stage I / II patients (P <0.05). Survivin expression was correlated with histopathological grade of B-NHL and international prognostic index (P <0.05). Spearman correlation analysis showed that there was a positive correlation between the expression of COX-2 and the expression of survivin (r = 1.000, P = 0.030). CONCLUSIONS: COX-2 and survivin are up-regulated in B-NHL. The positive expression of COX-2 and survivin is correlated with each other, indicating that COX-2 and survivin have synergistic effect in the pathogenesis and development of B-NHL.
