众所周知,现代企业发展经营已经导致了一系列的环境问题,企业社会责任一直是备受关注的热点话题。如何尽到企业社会责任是公司治理过程中需要考虑的重要内容。在现实生活中,企业社会责任的实现与公司经营的首要盈利目标相悖。这一矛盾能否得到妥善解决是关注重点。“战略性企业社会责任”的观点就此诞生。本文首先对CSR和SCSR进行区分辨析,结合现实情况阐述战略性企业社会责任如何为公司带来利益、解决上述矛盾的作用。
As we all know, the development and operation of modern enterprises have led to a series of environmental problems. Corporate social responsibility has always been a hot topic of great concern. How to fulfill corporate social responsibility is an important part of corporate governance that needs to be considered. In real life, the fulfillment of corporate social responsibility runs counter to the primary profit target of company management. Whether this contradiction can be properly resolved is the focus of attention. “Strategic Corporate Social Responsibility ” point of view was born. This article firstly differentiates and differentiates CSR from SCSR, and illustrates the role of strategic corporate social responsibility in bringing benefits to the company and solving the above contradictions according to the actual situation.
