目的探讨瓜蒌薤白汤防治肺纤维化作用及机理。方法用平阳霉素复制大鼠肺纤维化模型后,用药组每天灌胃瓜蒌薤白汤,28d后处死,观察、比较各组大鼠肺部病理组织学改变及肺组织中转化生长因子(TGFβ1)表达。结果模型组大鼠肺泡炎及纤维化程度、肺组织中TGFβ1表达均明显高于正常对照组及用药组(P<0.05)。结论瓜蒌薤白汤能明显减轻平阳霉素所致的大鼠肺泡炎及纤维化程度,抑制肺组织中TGFβ1过度表达。
Objective To investigate the effect and mechanism of Gualoubai Decoction in prevention and treatment of pulmonary fibrosis. Methods After the rat models of pulmonary fibrosis were replicated with pingyangmycin, the patients in the treatment group were given Guqiebai Decoction every day and sacrificed 28 days later. The pathological changes of lungs and transforming growth factors (TGFβ1) in the lungs were observed and compared in each group. )expression. Results The alveolitis and fibrosis in the model group and the expression of TGFβ1 in the lung tissue were significantly higher in the model group than in the normal control group and the medication group (P<0.05). Conclusion Kuafubai Decoction can significantly reduce the degree of pulmonary inflammation and fibrosis caused by Pingyangmycin and inhibit the overexpression of TGFβ1 in lung tissue.
