随着电力电子设备在油田配电系统中的广泛应用,配电网的波形畸变日益严重,进而危害到电气设备的正常运行及电力系统的可靠性。分析了油田配电系统的特点,认为谐波产生的根本原因是钻采系统与油气集输系统采用大量非线性负载所致,其危害主要是降低设备的使用寿命和工作效率;分析了当前主要采用的的几种谐波治理方法,包括安装电抗器、安装无源电力滤波装置、安装有源电力滤波装置、安装有源滤波+无源滤波装置等的特点,并对几种滤波技术进行了对比;介绍了采用有源滤波器实现电力系统谐波动态抑制的发展过程,并对油田配电系统谐波动态抑制技术的发展进行了展望。
With the widespread application of power electronic equipment in oilfield distribution system, the waveform distortion of distribution network is becoming more and more serious, thus endangering the normal operation of electrical equipment and the reliability of power system. Analyzed the characteristics of oilfield power distribution system, and concluded that the fundamental reason for the generation of harmonics is that a large number of non-linear loads are used in the drilling system and the oil and gas gathering and transportation system. The harm is mainly to reduce the service life and work efficiency of the equipment. Several harmonic control methods, including the installation of reactors, the installation of passive power filter device, the installation of active power filter device, the installation of active filter + passive filter device characteristics, and several filtering techniques The development of harmonic suppression of power system by using active power filter is introduced. The development of harmonic dynamic suppression technology for power distribution system in oil field is also forecasted.
