[目的]了解中医院青年护士职业期望、职业倦怠现状,探讨两者之间的相关性。[方法]采用方便抽样的方法,选取全国三级甲等中医院青年护士456人,通过职业期望量表和工作倦怠问卷进行调查。[结果]中医院青年护士的职业期望首要因素是声望地位、稳定因素(3.71分±0.57分),而导致职业倦怠的首要因素的情绪疲倦(3.75分±0.63分),青年护士职业倦怠与职业期望各维度呈正相关。[结论]中医院青年护士职业倦怠现象不容忽视,护理管理者应该重视青年护士,改善青年护士职业倦怠的应对方式,协助青年护士减轻职业倦怠程度,防止青年护士因职业倦怠而调离护士岗位。
[Objective] To understand the occupational expectations and occupational burnout status of young nurses in Chinese medicine hospital and explore the correlation between the two. [Methods] With the convenience of sampling method, 456 young nurses in Grade A hospitals in China were selected and investigated through the questionnaire of job satisfaction and job burnout. [Results] The primary factors of professional expectation of young nurses in Chinese medicine hospital were prestige status, stability factor (3.71 ± 0.57), emotional tiredness (3.75 ± 0.63), the primary factor leading to job burnout, job burnout and occupation of young nurses Expect the dimensions to be positively correlated. [Conclusion] The job burnout of young nurses in Chinese medicine hospital should not be neglected. Nursing managers should pay attention to young nurses, improve the coping style of young nurses ’job burnout, assist young nurses to reduce occupational burnout, and prevent young nurses from leaving nurses’ posts due to job burnout.
