作为指引未来工业生产的一种全新概念,德国“工业4.0”的思路是:在工厂新的系统中,产品的组件直接与生产系统沟通,发出接下来所需生产过程的指令,这样将改变整个制造过程,整个系统将更加智能,联网更加紧密,不同组件之间可以相互沟通,反应更加迅速。这种生产智能化,实现了人机互动,客户个性化需求可以实时地传到设计、生产环节,且与供应商能够无缝对接地进行生产。德国电子电气工业协会预测:不同部分之间可以相互沟通,效率可提高30%。我们可以看到,在提倡能源节省、高效生产的今天,“工业4.0”将会在未来影响或决定着工业生产的发展速度。
