目的:观察过食酸味药山茱萸对中医“脾胃”功能的影响。方法:60只大鼠随机分为5组,分别给予蒸馏水和不同浓度的山茱萸水煎液。连续给药9周后,取胃液测pH值,NaOH滴定法测总酸度,放射免疫法测血清胃泌素(GAS),血浆胃动素(MTL)、前列腺素E2(PGE2)含量。结果:低、中、高剂量组大鼠逐渐出现活动减少,倦卧嗜睡,食量减少,便溏,体重减轻等脾虚症状。与空白对照组相比:①中、高两个剂量组的胃液pH值明显降低(P<0.05),血浆MTL值明显增高(P<0.05);②低、中、高3个剂量组的胃液总酸度、血清GAS含量均明显升高(P<0.05);③各组PGE2差异无显著性意义。结论:正常大鼠过食酸味药山茱萸后体重下降,进食减少,出现“脾虚”症状,同时胃酸分泌过多,GAS、MTL分泌增高,可能为过食酸味药导致脾虚的内在病理机制,为《内经》“味过于酸,肝气以津,脾气乃绝”提供了实验依据。
Objective: To observe the effect of over eating sour medicine dogwood on traditional Chinese medicine “spleen and stomach” function. Methods: Sixty rats were randomly divided into five groups, respectively, given distilled water and different concentrations of dogwood decoction. After 9 weeks of continuous administration, the gastric juice was measured for pH, total acidity by NaOH titration, GAS, MTL and PGE2 were measured by radioimmunoassay. Results: Rats in low, medium and high dose groups gradually decreased their activity, drowsiness and sleepiness, decreased appetite, loose stools and weight loss. Compared with the blank control group, the gastric pH value of the middle and high dose groups decreased significantly (P <0.05) and the plasma MTL value increased significantly (P <0.05) Total acidity, serum GAS content were significantly increased (P <0.05); ③ PGE2 differences between the groups no significant significance. CONCLUSIONS: The normal rats may have the pathological mechanism of excessive consumption of sour herbs after decoction of Fructus Corni declining body weight, eating less and having “spleen deficiency” symptom, meanwhile excessive secretion of gastric acid and increased secretion of GAS and MTL, For the “Nei Jing” “taste is too sour, liver gas to Tianjin, temper is absolutely ” provides experimental basis.
