目的:研究土家族药用植物铁箍散Schisandra propinqua var.sinensis根茎的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶柱色谱、凝胶柱色谱、制备高效液相色谱等方法分离化合物,根据理化性质和波谱解析鉴定各化合物的结构。结果:从铁箍散中分离鉴定了2个倍半萜(化合物1、2)和4个木脂素(化合物3~6),分别为泽泻醇(alismol,1)、匙叶桉油烯醇(ent-spathuleno l,2)、五味子酯I(schisantherin I,3)、五味子酯F(schisantherin F,4)、propinquanin A(5)、propinquanin D(6)。结论:化合物1~4为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of rhizomes of Schisandra propinqua var.sinensis in Tujia medicinal plant. Methods: The compounds were isolated by silica gel column chromatography, gel column chromatography and preparative high performance liquid chromatography. Their structures were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral analysis. Results: Two sesquiterpenes (compounds 1 and 2) and 4 lignans (compounds 3 to 6) were isolated and identified from the iron hoops powder, which were alismol (1), eucalyptol Ent-spathulenol 2, schisantherin I, schisantherin F, propinquanin A (5), propinquanin D (6). Conclusion: Compounds 1 ~ 4 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
