周围型面神经麻痹是颅神经疾患中最常见的,任何年龄,任何季节均可发病.尤其在大汗淋漓情况下,受寒风侵袭极易发病.如果病情迁延或治疗不当,瘫痪的面部肌肉出现萎缩,严重地影响患者的面容、生活和工作.我们采用中药“三乌散”糊剂涂抹患部的方法治疗50例面神经麻痹,痊愈率达90%,收到良好效果,报告如下: 一般资料:男40例,女10例,年龄最小者16岁,最大者61岁;病期:3个月内者35例,3～12个月者10例,12个月以上者5例. 诊断标准:一侧面神经麻痹,表现为患侧面部不对称,口角下坠,麻痹侧面部肌肉牵向
