空气流量是航空发动机重要的控制参数,利用进气道测量耙获得发动机空气流量是目前国内外常用的方法之一。本文首先对进气道测量耙系统进行了分析和研究,建立了发动机空气流量与附面层位移厚度的数学模型及空气流量的误差数学模型;然后对空气流量测量误差的主要来源进行了分析研究;最后,在某型发动机的飞行试验中运用了本文的测量与计算方法。试验结果表明:本文提出的航空发动机空气流量测量与计算方法能较准确地获得空气流量值,具有很好的工程应用前景。
Air flow is an important control parameter of aeroengine. It is one of the commonly used methods at home and abroad to obtain the engine air flow by using the air intake measuring rake. In this paper, we first analyze and research the intake rake system, establish the mathematical model of the air flow and the displacement thickness of the engine, and the error mathematical model of the air flow. Then, the main sources of the air flow measurement error are analyzed. Finally, the method of measurement and calculation in this paper is applied in the flight test of a certain type of engine. The test results show that the method of air flow measurement and calculation proposed in this paper can obtain the air flow value more accurately and has a good engineering application prospect.
