方钢管再生混凝土偏压长柱受力性能试验研究

通过方钢管再生混凝土偏压长柱静力试验研究其受力性能,考虑了长细比、偏心距、截面含钢率及再生骨料取代率4种因素,同时使用DS2声发射信号分析仪对试验进行监测。得到了试件的破坏形态、荷载-位移曲线、荷载-应变曲线及声发射采集绘制混凝土损伤点3D定位图等数据,采用各规范对钢管再生混凝土偏压长柱承载力进行计算,并与实测结果进行比较。分析结果表明,随含钢率的增大,方钢管再生混凝土偏压长柱的刚度相应增大,含钢率越大其延性越好,而偏心距越大其刚度退化也越快,声发射仪器对混凝土损伤定位区域与实际破坏区域较吻合,建议采用GB 50936—2014《钢管混凝土结构技术规范》中给出的公式计算方钢管再生混凝土偏压长柱的承载力。 Through the static test of the long column of square steel tube recycled concrete to study its mechanical properties, considering the slenderness ratio, eccentricity, the steel content of the section and the replacement rate of recycled aggregate four kinds of factors, using DS2 acoustic emission signal analyzer Test to monitor. The results show that with the increase of steel content, the stiffness of the long columns of square steel tube recycled concrete increases correspondingly, the ductility is better when the steel content is higher, and the degradation of rigidity is faster with the increase of eccentricity. The instrument is in good agreement with the actual damaged area in the concrete damage localization area. It is recommended to calculate the bearing capacity of the concrete-filled square tube recycled concrete column with the formula given in the Technical Code for Concrete-Filled Steel Tube of GB 50936-2014.
